Scott Malone is the Chief Instructor Pilot at Sterling Flight Training as well as the Chief Pilot for Malone Air Charter. As a founding co-owner of both Sterling Flight and Malone Air, Scott has been with us from the beginning. He has more than 15 years in the cockpit as a professional pilot.
Matt Kinney

Matt is a graduate of Embry Riddle University with a B.S. in Aeronautical Science minoring in Unmanned Aerial Aircraft.  Matt began flying in 2009 as a sophomore at Embry Riddle.  Matt also assists in TSA and 141 compliance along with creation and application of Sterling aircraft procedures. 
Logan Abraben

Logan is an experienced instructor with nearly 1000 hours. He trained at University Air Center in Gainesville and move to Jacksonville to gain better career opportunities. Logan is experienced in part 141 training and TSA compliance. He has aspirations of becoming a charter pilot and is well on his way.
Joe Meade

Joe is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautical Science and minor in Business.  Joe began flying in 2007 as a Freshman and has over 600 hours of dual instruction given.  He is well versed in all of our programs.
Blake Middleton

Blake Currently attends Jacksonville University and is set to graduate with a dual major in Aviation Management and Marketing. She is well versed in part 141 and TSA compliance. Blake is very customer oriented and extremely knowledgeable.
Tony Buquera

Tony is experienced in part 141 training and TSA compliance. He has aspirations of becoming a charter pilot and is well on his way.
Chris Pinho
Chris PinhoFlight Instructor
Chris is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. He then began flight training at Aerosim Flight Academy where he graduated with Commercial Single Engine, Multi-Engine, Flight Instructor, and Flight Instructor Instrument ratings. He is well versed in part 141 and TSA compliance. Chris is very customer oriented and extremely knowledgeable.
